1965 Plymouth Satellite, 30K original mile’s, no rust, straight as a Pin, all steel except Hood/Bumpers, custom painted in 1991 by former owner(early 80’s till 94) and owned by me since 1994.
This car was in the 10.0’s since the late 80’s with a Herb McCandless Steel Headed 440 and C&F Race Cars Roll Bar and Ladder Bar set up. Same Motor was tweaked during fresh up’s and I ran 9.70’[email protected]
3520lbs. This 65 has always been climate controlled garage kept and stored away since 2005 when Kids/House became reality.
Luckily after all these year’s I pulled it out of hibernation in 2020 and sent it to C&F Race Cars for a long overdue Update/Upgrade. The Herb McCandless Motor and Dynamic 727 was pulled, sold and replaced with a killer Best Machine 588” alum B-1 Monster N/A 16:1 dynoed 1070HP. The Motor was in Chuck’s(Best Machine) personal 65 and ran [email protected]
3350 and would cost $45K to duplicate. This motor has 29 passes(prior to me) mostly 1/8 mile.

The car was built for 8.50 Class and weight is 3051 race ready(no driver). It has 15x12 w/ 10.5w. Stock Firewall, Frame and Floor. Stock Dash, Headliner and Door Panels(mint). Stock Wiring Harness for original Car’s equipment although Speedwire Billet Console with Race Wires full ReWire of everything else.

This is extremely heart breaking for me as I have loved this car like family for almost 30 year’s however life gets in the way sometimes and have to make sad decision’s. This 65 is beautiful and I’m sure I left out many things however just know I spent $60K on the Updating and everything is new and done. Unfortunately, the car was finished a couple month’s ago and has not been tested however is Tuned and I s race ready!!!!!
The car will be sold with all original Seat’s, Steering Column and Center Console with has a value of its own. The car has a clean Title in my name. Currently it sits on Pro Jacks in my climate controlled garage, motor property winterized and covered. Also has been featured in 2 Magazine’s.... 1997 Mopar Muscle and 2003 Mopar Action.
